The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) between ASEAN (including Vietnam) and its 05 partners, (China, South Korea, Japan, Australia and New Zealand) was signed in November 2020 and expected to take effect in early 2022. Being the largest free trade agreement (FTA) in the world and including Vietnam's top trade and FDI partners, RCEP is expected to have great impacts on Vietnam’s economy in general and business activities in particular.
In order to help the businesses find out about RCEP's progress, core commitments and potential impacts, with the support of the Aus4Reform Program - Australian Embassy in Vietnam, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) will coordinate with the Central Institute for Economic Management (CIEM) to organize:
