Circular No.15/2010/TT-BCT dated April 15th 2010 on Implementation of the Rules of Origin provided in the Asean – India Free Trade Area Agreement

On April 15^th 2016, the Misnistry of Industry and Trade issued Circular No. 15/2010/TT-BCT imposing the rules of origin that provided under the Free Trade Area Agreement between Asean and India.

Such Circular comes into force on June 1^st 2010.
