On December 8^th 2008, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 44/2008/QD-BCT promulgating the Regulation on grant of AJ-form Certificate of Origin to enjoy incentives under ASEAN – Japan Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement.
