Hội thảo: Quy định về Chống mất rừng của EU (EUDR) - Những điều doanh nghiệp cần biết

14 tháng 09. 2026

Following several delays, the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) will officially enter into force on December 30, 2026, for all economic operators. The EUDR imposes strict requirements regarding geolocation traceability, "deforestation-free" status, and legal production for approximately 80 product lines across seven commodity groups (cattle, cocoa, coffee, oil palm, rubber, soya, and wood).

From the perspective of Vietnamese exporters, although the EUDR directly applies obligations only to operators and traders within the EU, Vietnamese exporters bear the responsibility of collecting and providing their EU partners and importers with all necessary information and documentation. This evidence is critical to demonstrate that goods comply with EUDR requirements and to support the due diligence reporting obligations of EU buyers.

To support the business community and relevant stakeholders in accurately and comprehensively understanding the EUDR requirements from an exporter's standpoint, as well as to discuss preparation measures, remaining obstacles, and solutions to ensure compliance, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) is organizing:
