Kazakhstan preparing to sign trade agreement between EAEU and Indonesia

Kazakhstan is preparing to sign a trade agreement between the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and Indonesia, indicates the description of a presidential decree.

"The conclusion of the Agreement will contribute to the development and strengthening of trade relations between the EAEU countries and the Republic of Indonesia, creating favorable conditions for promoting Kazakhstani goods to the partner’s market. The adoption of the project will not require additional financial resources from the national budget and will not entail negative socio-economic or legal consequences," the statement said.

The document aims to "carry out domestic procedures necessary for signing a free trade agreement between the EAEU and its member states, on one side, and the Republic of Indonesia, on the other side."
